Purpose of this Course
Personal devlopment is a must in the modern environment – the lack thereof precludes any career and professional growth. But why a person should develop and how this process actually takes place is a much more challenging issue.

Does it happen 'by itself' or some special efforts are needed, and, if so, what efforts? What is reasonable to develop, and what is likely to be blocked? How do the tasks of self-development change over time and how to make up for skipped phases? What should be done at thirty and what at forty five, what side effects are likely to emerge and how they must be coped with?

These and many other issues will be discussed throughout the course. Adult people do change.
The main goal of the course is to point out proper benchmarks for the real life development. Generic advice rarely works, but one can succeed in asking oneself the right questions.
