Capital Markets and Financial Institutions

This course consists of two major parts. The first part is devoted to the nature, role, and functioning of financial institutions in the developed capital market. The second part deals with the Russian capital markets and financial institutions. The principal goal here is to screen the local experience against worldwide theory and practices in order to identify both common and specific features of developed and emerging markets.

Career workshops

AIBEc holds its Career Workshops twice a year — in May and October. The Career Workshop is becoming a popular semiannual event among businesses, students, and graduates of AIBEc.

The main objective of the Career Workshop is to allow employers and students to meet each other face to face, introduce themselves, and make the right choice. This event is designed to help the job seekers to think about future careers and how to develop the kind of skills that will make them successful and prosperous.

The AIBEc Career Workshop is a unique opportunity for HR managers to meet prospective employees, to assess their expectations, and general suitability for the company, and to collect their resumes for future consideration. HR managers will be able to give a short presentation about their companies, their main activities, plans for the future development, and about what is required and what is expected from the candidates.
