Admission Procedures

AIBEc offers two admission tracks to suit the needs of every student. Tuition rates may vary according to the admission procedure followed. AIBEc does not discriminate on the basis of race or gender in its admission policies.

Track 1: Entrance Exam

Track 1 admission to the MBA program is by way of the competitive AIBEc Entrance exam. Students who achieve qualifying score on the entrance exam pay reduced tuition.

To be eligible for Track 1, a student must have completed higher education to the level of a bachelor's degree or equivalent. In most cases completion of four years of five-year diploma program will be considered equivalent to a bachelor's degree. Students who do not meet these requirements may apply using Track 2.

The entrance exam includes sections dealing with mathematics, analytical reasoning, and English reading comprehension. Questions are somewhat similar to those of the GMAT or TOEFL exams. A detailed description of the entrance exam and samples of previous years' exams can be obtained at the AIBEc office.

Application to take the entrance exam can be made in person at the AIBEc office or by fax or email. RUR 500 is charged as a registration fee. Applicants should bring two passport-sized photographs, their passport, and a document showing completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Track 2: Direct Admission

Track 2 admission to the MBA program does not require participation in the entrance exam. This admission option is designed for students who do not want to take the entrance exam. Track 2 applicants may obtain an application kit from the AIBEc office at any time. Completed applications are due two weeks before the beginning of the semester when studies will begin. Applicants should bring two passport-sized photographs, their passport, and a document showing completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Entrance Exam

AIBEc Entrance Exam is not a requirement to start studying at AIBEc, but it helps students who achieve qualifying score pay reduced tuition. Entrance exam can be taken at the AIBEc office. Please, call or e-mail us for additional information.

Please read the following for details on this exam:

  • The students who pass this entrance exam will qualify as regular AIBEc students and be entitled to the Regular Tuition Rate of 45,000 roubles per course.
  • They may also qualify for partial financing from AIBEc. The decision is made on an individual basis. To learn more about that option please contact Lilia Neyman at the AIBEc office.

Entrance Exam

You could take AIBEc Entrance Exam from May 4, 2017 till \\\June 6, 2017. Students who achieve qualifying score on the exam pay reduced tuition.
