HR Management – Myths and Reality

Purpose of this Course

The course deals with the most common Human Resource management theories and practices universally accepted by the most successful multinational companies.

The course covers subjects varying from the essence of the HR strategy of an organization to the most important steps of the strategy implementation and implications of the HR framework for successful career development of a manager.

The students will learn how to manage:

Entrance Exam

You could take AIBEc Entrance Exam from August 22, 2017 till September 30, 2017. Students who achieve qualifying score on the exam pay reduced tuition.
